 Meet  Allie

I have an immense passion for babies, a love that has been a constant throughout my life. Babies enter this world with hearts full of innocence, seeking love and offering love in return. I embraced this love by welcoming four children into my life, taking on the role of a single mother to nurture and raise them. With over three decades of experience working closely with babies and their families, my journey has been one of continuous learning and growth.

Parenting is undoubtedly a challenging endeavor, often marked by trial and error. I've had my share of missteps along the way, and it's my heartfelt desire to provide guidance and support to spare others from unnecessary stressors. My professional background includes being a Certified Family Health Nurse (CFHN), practicing as a Doula, and studying Midwifery. I have also contributed to community clinics and offered private consulting services. Additionally, I've had the privilege of working with two of the leading early parenting organizations in Sydney.

Three years ago, I was introduced to the Circle of Security, an approach that has profoundly influenced my interactions with parents and their children. Through this journey, my relationship with my own children has deepened, reminding me that it's never too late for growth and connection. They remain my greatest and most cherished achievement.

Meet Lee

I started my career with babies and families as a mothercraft nurse and an Enrolled Nurse which I did for 12yrs before becoming a Registered Nurse. After registering I worked in pediatrics, maternity and SCN. After experiencing these other areas of nursing I decided to go back to what I know and I'm most passionate about. That is working with parents and babies who require support with feeding and sleep and settling issues. Like Allie I have also worked for the two major early parenting services who provide support to families in NSW. Both of us are COS facilitators and we want to share everything we've learned over the years with all our families. I am the proud mother of an amazing son who I love completely and unconditionally.
